- Valid Electrical Contractors registration with Department of Labour; Tax clearance; CSD registration; BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit; no outstanding debts with relevant municipalities.
- Three-year audited financial statements; site meetings and EPWP obligations; service level agreement framework.
