#### Overview
**Procurement of a panel of service providers to supply, deliver and lay traffic calming measures for three years.** Bidders should be suitably qualified organisations or consortia with experience in traffic calming (e.g., rumble strips) and related works, hold a valid Certificate of Competency to transport speed humps, and have a presence in Alfred Duma Local Municipality. Evaluation uses an 80/20 system (price 80; ownership/HDI and local presence 20), with emphasis on ownership verification via CSD and BBBEE, and RDP goals requiring local Alfred Duma area location.

#### Requirements
- Valid registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); up-to-date tax clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
