Description of the Assignment: The consultant will provide specialized services to ensure that the ACRE and AMP energy projects strictly comply with World Bank and UNDP environmental and social standards, overseeing safeguards, contractor ESHS performance, and community engagement in São Tomé and Príncipe.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 14 months, scheduled to begin in November 2026, comprising an estimated level of effort of 75 working days that combine remote support with three on-site missions to São Tomé and Príncipe.
