Description of the Assignment: National consultancy to conduct an independent final and formative evaluation of the project "Digitalization of Health Information Systems in São Tomé and Príncipe (STP)". The evaluation will assess the expansion of DHIS2, the localization of mSupply management, and the pilot implementation of remote cold chain monitoring under the Smart Facilities for Health initiative to inform future programming
