- Capability to deliver technical memoranda, position papers, accounting policy updates, training, and external audit support; knowledge of reserves-based accounting and multi-jurisdiction transactions; independent technical opinions.
- Access to senior IFRS specialists; continuity of resources; confidentiality and conflicts of interest management.
- Engagement terms: initial 36 months with two 12-month renewal options; governance with an engagement lead and periodic status reporting.
- Exclusions: not statutory external audit, internal audit (unless separately commissioned), tax compliance, or legal opinions.
