## Summary

#### Overview
**Manufacture, Assemble, Supply and Delivery of Lead Shielding Subsystem Components to NRF-iThemba LABS, Cape Town, Faure.** Bidders should have metal fabrication, precision machining and assembly capabilities, with CSD registration and BBBEE compliance, to produce and deliver the shielding components and hardware.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory CSD registration and tax compliance verification.
- Completion and submission of SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim) with BBBEE documentation.
- Pricing must be supplied via the Pricing Schedule, prices (incl. VAT) valid for at least 60 days, and PPPFA 80/20 rules apply.
- Delivery period must be firm; payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice; consideration of payment guarantees for advance payments if offered.
- Ability to supply the listed components (lead shields and related hardware) as per the attached data pack; CAD data available on request.
- Submit responses by closing date (see How to Apply) and to the indicated email addresses.
