## Summary

#### Overview
**Implementation and Support of a Network Detection and Response (NDR) solution for a period of three (3) years.** Bidders should be capable cybersecurity service providers with NDR/SOC, threat detection, incident response, and integrations with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, and other enterprise security tools, and must comply with POPIA/data protection requirements. The contract spans implementation, ongoing support, and governance over 36 months, with procurement via Sasria’s online portal. #### Requirements
- Technical team must hold IT/cybersecurity certifications (eg, SC-200, SC-100, AZ-500, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, CISSP, CISM) and provide proof.  
- OEM authorization or accreditation for the proposed NDR solution.  
- Tax and B-BBEE compliance: CSD tax verification; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE rules apply).  
- Demonstrable NDR/SOC or similar cybersecurity experience with verifiable reference letters (not older than 5 years).  
- Data security and POPIA compliance: encryption, RBAC, audit logging, secure data handling; hosting model must address data residency and privacy.  
- Integration capability with Microsoft 365 security stack and other enterprise security platforms via APIs/connectors; supports SOAR, ITSM, etc.
