**Procurement of the implementation, deployment and ongoing support of a Meeting Management Solution for Sasria SOC Ltd.** Bidders should be IT/solutions providers with experience in end-to-end meeting-management platforms, including migration from legacy systems, cloud deployment, MS 365 integration, security/compliance (POPIA), OEM accreditation for the proposed tool, and the ability to deliver under a 36-month contract (with a 24-month extension option). The proposal must meet SARS tax compliance, B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit, and OEM accreditation requirements, and include all Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, 4, 6.1) and Annexures as part of the bid.
