## Summary

#### Overview
**Implementation of a centralized Network Monitoring Tool for Sasria's IT environment.** Sasria is inviting bids from IT service providers to design, configure, test, implement and support a centralized monitoring solution that covers network devices, physical/virtual servers, applications and related IT services, with integration to Sasria’s ITSM (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus). Bidder qualifications include OEM accreditation, CSD registration and tax compliance, and BBBEE considerations; the solution must meet Sasria’s technical and integration requirements. 

#### Requirements
- Accredited or licensed to implement and support the Network Monitoring Solution; documentary proof from the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
- Demonstrable experience: reference letters from the past 5 years for network monitoring projects.
- CSD registration and tax compliance (SARS PIN). 
- BBBEE status or sworn affidavit; eligibility for specific-goal points.
- Integration capability with Sasria’s ITSM platform (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus) and automatic incident/ticket flow.
- All quotations in English, priced in ZAR, with detailed pricing (software licenses, installation, maintenance).
- Electronic submission to procurement@sasria.co.za; RFQ documents signed by an authorised representative; returnable SBD forms.
- Mandatory technical requirements: bidder must be accredited/licensed and provide OEM documentation; compliance or non‑compliance must be substantiated. (Tender documents)
