## Summary

#### Overview
**Independent post-BAC probity review of the AR Projects roof repairs and maintenance contract change.** Bidders should have proven public-sector probity/assurance experience, including post-award/contract-change reviews, with a lead reviewer (≥7 years) and a construction-contract specialist (≥5 years).

#### Requirements
- Qualified bidders must have current CSD registration and tax-compliant status; be able to provide these docs.
- Completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; signed quotation and fixed-price schedule inclusive of VAT.
- Signed assignment-specific independence and conflict declaration (section 11); CVs and evidence of qualifications for all key personnel.
- Lead reviewer with at least seven years’ relevant public-sector probity/assurance experience; construction-contract specialist with at least five years’ relevant construction-change experience.
- Evidence of current professional-indemnity insurance of not less than R4,000,000 for any one claim and annual aggregate; cover to remain in force through the assignment.
- Acceptance of Iziko’s confidentiality/POPIA requirements and to sign Iziko’s NDA; acceptance of indemnity and contractual-penalty provisions.
- Mandatory returnables (include: CSD/tax status; SBDs; signed quotation and fixed-price schedule; independence declarations; CVs; lead reviewer and construction-specialist details; PI insurance certificate; confidentiality agreement; signed indemnity provisions).
- Functionality evaluation: minimum score 70/100; criteria include bidder experience, lead reviewer qualifications, construction-specialist, methodology, work plan, and availability. (More details in the RFQ.)
