## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of Phasha Water Supply - Contract B construction works in Molemole Local Municipality.** Tenders are invited from CIDB 6CEPE/7CE or higher contractors (joint ventures allowed with proper CIDB designation) to execute labour-intensive water-supply works, with EPWP staffing requirements. #### Requirements
- CIDB: contractor grading of 6CEPE/7CE or higher (joint ventures allowed with combined grade meeting the requirement).  
- Labour-intensive supervision: must demonstrate management/supervisory staff capable of labour-intensive works; at least one staff member must meet NQF level 5 unit standard “Develop and Promote Labour Intensive Construction Strategies.”  
- Compulsory attendance: compulsory clarification meeting and site briefing attendance.  
- Compliance documents: valid Tax Clearance (MBD 2), CIDB registration, B-BBEE status verification (MBD 6.1), and other standard MBD forms (MBD 3.1, 3.2, 4, 7.2, 8, 9) as applicable.  
- Returnable and contract documents: returnable documents include CIDB certificate, company profile, site inspection certificate, and all required MBD forms; contract data and forms as per the tender schedules.  
- No alternative bids; no two-envelope system; bids evaluated on a 80/20 framework with stated preference considerations.
