#### Requirements

- Complete and submit compulsory returnables: MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; CSD registration report or tax clearance PIN; company proof (registration, directors IDs).
- Proof of local goals for 80/20/80/20 points (e.g., municipal rates/leasing proof for rural/urban status).
