**Procurement of Intelligent GSM Telemetry Data Loggers and related services (configuration, installation, hosting, and SCADA integration).** JW requires battery-powered remote data loggers (Modbus RTU, RS-485 master, GSM/4G backhaul) that can operate in harsh outdoor environments, with data hosted on JW servers and integrated with Adroit SCADA v10. Suitable bidders are firms with industrial automation/telemetry experience, Modbus and MQTT/HTTP data transport, edge processing, and SCADA interfacing (OPC-UA). The solution includes hosting and 24-month SIM costs, and a data ownership requirement in JW’s favor.

#### Requirements
- Full completion of the BOQ/specification; datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation, and functionality proof attached.
- No RFQ from persons in the service of the state; bids on company letterhead and in PDF.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD registration (MAAA supplier number); tax clearance; municipal rates not older than 90 days.
- Completion of required MBD forms (Declaration of Interest, SCM practices, Independent Bid Determination, etc.).
- Proof of company registration; identity copies of directors/shareholders; JV/consortium agreements if applicable.
