#### Overview
**SAT 349/26 seeks an International Exhibition Stand Design and Build Service Provider to deliver end-to-end turnkey stand design, construction, logistics and on-site support for South African Tourism over a 36-month framework.** Up to three panel members will be appointed; pricing proposals must cover multiple international platforms, with responses via the SAT e-procurement portal.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in international exhibition stand design/build with client references.
- Complete and sign all required forms; submit Annexure A (SBD 1) and Annexure D (SBD 4) as part of Phase 1.
- Submissions via the official e-procurement portal; no physical drop-offs.
- Prices must be VAT-inclusive; currency per contract; use published pricing baselines per platform.
- Insurance, health and safety, venue compliance, and sustainable/modular stand infrastructure.
- Intellectual property rights vest in South African Tourism unless otherwise agreed.
- Evaluation includes Phase 2 (Desktop 60 points, minimum 40) and Phase 2B (Presentation 40 points, minimum 30), then Price (Phase 3); top up to three bidders may be appointed (non-exclusive).
- Proposals must remain valid for five months after the due date.
