## Summary

#### Overview
**Security Guarding Services for the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources North-West Regional Office (Klerksdorp) for 36 months.** Bidders should be PSIRA-registered security providers able to cover 24/7 guarding, including armed guards, access control, incident reporting, and TRA delivery, in line with MISS/MPSS requirements for a standalone North-West building.

#### Requirements
- Company PSIRA registration (electronic verification) and PSIRA Good Standing; directors/members Grade A/B and security officers Grade C; firearm competency licenses for company and officers (certified in last 6 months); COIDA letter.
- Tax compliance: SARS TCS/PIN or CSD number; separate TCS for each JV/sub-contractor if applicable.
- Tra requirement: conduct a Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA) within the first month.
- Mandatory briefing attendance (03 Aug 2026, 10:00) with sign-in; bid submissions must follow specified formats with supporting documents.
- Infrastructure and resources: office/control room within 60 km, two-way radios with ICASA registration, security registers, branded uniforms, guard houses and vehicles as applicable.
- Compliance with general conditions of contract, confidentiality, and security screening (State Security Agency as applicable).
