## Summary

#### Overview
**Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control and Boardroom Support Services for the DMPR Polokwane Regional Office for 24 months.** Bidders should be experienced facilities-management or cleaning service providers with OHSA-compliant operations and the ability to perform during standard hours, plus pest-control registration with DALRRD, COIDA and UIF compliance, public liability insurance, and membership with a recognized cleaning industry body. A compulsory site briefing will be held on 18 August 2026 at the Polokwane office. 

#### Requirements
- Mandatory registrations: Office Pest Control and Fumigation with the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD).
- Statutory compliance: COIDA registration/clearance, UIF registration, Public Liability insurance.
- Industry and tax compliance: membership with a recognized cleaning body (e.g., NCCA/BEECA); SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; tax matters in order.
- Bid documentation: complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; submit the Pricing Schedule (Annexure A).
- OH&S and health/safety documentation: Health and Safety Plan aligned to OHSA; security vetting where required; confidentiality and NDA as needed.
- Experience and capability: provide company profile; demonstrable experience in cleaning/hygiene/pest-control for large office spaces; references with PO/contract details.
- Additional contract conditions: security screening, quarterly UIF/COIDA reporting, and adherence to GCC/SCC where applicable.
