#### Requirements
- Demonstrated DEIB/program design and delivery experience with at least 3 client references (within the last 5 years).
- Facilitators with certified postgraduate qualifications (NQF 8+) in HRD/Education/Disability Studies/Social Sciences and a minimum of 5 years relevant facilitation experience; SAQA verification of foreign qualifications where applicable.
- A detailed methodology aligned to Andragogy, including a structured programme with modules/topics, interactive tools, and at least 4–5 DEIB topics; clear deliverables and measurable activities.
- Phase 2 presentation/demonstration (via Teams) lasting up to 20 minutes, with a demonstrable interactive delivery and coverage of at least two DEIB topics; alignment to SANParks context.
- Multi-site delivery model with on-site workshops, regional clustering, content contextualisation, and potential blended learning; travel and logistics planning.
- Compliance and governance: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; POPIA compliance; B-BBEE status documentation; official form submissions (SBDs); GCC and standard contract terms.
- Evaluation threshold: minimum 70% functionality; subsequent price/preference evaluation.
- Confidentiality and data protection obligations, and adherence to SANParks’ internal rules and security requirements.
