#### Requirements
- Provide cleaning services with 35 cleaners daily, 08:00–17:00, seven days a week; issue personal ID tags for all staff; supply two sets of protective clothing (navy/black) and safety shoes; plastic aprons and uniforms as specified; hospital supplies no cleaning equipment/chemicals.  
- Rates must comply with latest Labour Rates Gazetted (Gazette No. 11941, 3 Feb 2026).  
- Non-negotiables: capability to provide 35 officials; reference letter for cleaning services (not older than 3 years) plus a Purchase Order from current/previous client; quoted rates aligned to Gazette rates; commitment to uniform provision for all staff.  
- Compliance documents: latest CSD report, bank confirmation (not older than 3 months), tax compliance status (SARS PIN/TCS) or provide CSD number; separate TCS for any consortium/subcontractors.
