## Summary

#### Overview
**Invitation to register on the database panel of professional engineering consultants for a period of 3 years (extension of existing panel).** Open to service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) seeking listing on Amajuba District Municipality’s multi-disciplinary engineering PSP panel for water and sanitation projects. The panel is valid for 36 months; already appointed bidders are automatically retained. Documents are downloadable from www.amajuba.gov.za / e-tender (see Bid document). Closing date: 12 October 2026.

#### Requirements
- CSD registration or CSD number and Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; SARS e-filing optional.  
- If foreign: complete pre-award questionnaire; each JV/partner must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD.  
- Evidence of municipal rates/taxes compliance for company and directors (not older than 90 days).  
- Qualifications and experience of key personnel (ECSA registration preferred; senior engineers with extensive post-registration experience).  
- Quality management system: ISO 9001 (preferred) or equivalent QMS.  
- Professional liability insurance (PI) of at least R3m per claim.  
- Availability of fully established office within Amajuba area ( Newcastle).  
- Demonstrated water and sanitation project experience; tender to include related references.  
- Transfer of skills/engineering capacitation commitments.  
- All mandatory MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) completed and submitted.
