**Provision of PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES for the Hoopstad Magistrate Office repairs and renovations; open to service providers nominated from the DPW professional service supplier register, notably architectural firms (including multidisciplinary practices with an architectural division supervised by a registered architect) and requiring SACAP registration.**

#### Requirements
- Architectural business under full-time supervision of a registered professional architect(s) (Architectural Professions Act, 2000) and valid registration certificates for all principals; where a multidisciplinary practice, architectural division must be under a registered architect.
- Returnable documents: proof of current professional registration (SACAP), DPW-09 PSB, CVs and qualifications of key personnel, proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance, and completion of required schedules (C1.2.3, T2.1/T2.2).
- Compliance with preferential procurement and ownership rules: BBBEE documentation (SANAS certificate or sworn affidavit), ownership by designated groups (EME/QSE), and related disclosure forms (PA-16, PA-11, etc.).
- Additional admin requirements: CSD registration, ability to provide references and complete risk and capability assessments as part of evaluation.
