## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a panel of HVAC repairs and maintenance service providers for ARC-TSC and ARC-GC campuses for five years (60 months).** The ARC invites suitably qualified HVAC service providers to deliver ad hoc repairs and ongoing maintenance, with up to ten providers per cluster/site; responders must meet ARC’s compulsory technical/regulatory requirements (e.g., valid Wireman’s license, SARACCA membership, Department of Labour good standing, CIDB EB/ME grade 1+, SARS tax PIN, CSD registration, and completion of Standard Bidding Documents). 

#### Requirements
- Valid and certified copy of Wireman’s license
- SARACCA membership certificate
- Department of Labour good standing
- CIDB EB or ME grade 1 and above
- SARS Tax PIN
- CSD registration (not older than 3 months)
- Complete and sign all SBD forms
- Certified company registration documents (CK certificate)
- Minimum completion letters/certificates for HVAC work (3 letters) including client details and values
