#### Overview
**Procurement of the design, development, implementation, support and maintenance of the Border Management Authority Administrative Fines Management System for 36 months, with a 24-month renewal option based on performance.** The bid targets service providers with enterprise software development, systems integration and project delivery capabilities, including hardware provisioning for 600 handheld devices and 300 portable printers. #### Requirements
- Proven experience in designing/implementing complex, enterprise-level management systems (preferably AFMS or similar public-sector projects). 
- Ability to supply and deploy the specified hardware: 600 handheld devices and 300 portable printers. 
- Compliance: tax (SARS PIN/TCS where applicable), registration on Central Suppliers Database (CSD), BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit), authority to sign on behalf of the company, and no state-service conflicts. 
- Adherence to bid conditions: e-tender submission, GCC, SBD forms, and bid validity (120 days).
