#### Requirements
- Pre-qualification criteria: Experience (40), Expertise (40), Methodology (20); minimum 70/100 to progress.
- Evidence of Experience: appointment letters/POs and stamped reference letters for up to four relevant projects; references not older than five years.
- Expertise evidence: CV with Electrical Engineering qualification (NQF 7); Proof of ECSA registration; minimum 5 years as a Professional Electrical Engineer/Technologist; mentoring experience (5 years preferred); provision of close-up reports.
- Methodology: a concise briefing (not more than 10 pages) detailing training methodology, project plan, and skills development.
