#### Requirements

- Letter of Good Standing for COID (where applicable)

Evaluation criteria
- Phase 1: Functionality evaluation up to 100 points (Technical/Performance/Quality/Risk). Bidders must demonstrate an acceptable technical solution to progress.
- Phase 2: Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) 80/20: Price 80 points; Specific goals (B-BBEE) 20 points.
- Provisions: Submissions must comply with Necsa’s General Conditions of Purchase and 2022 PPPFA Regulations; failure to provide required B-BBEE evidence may affect scoring.
