- Certified IDs for directors/owners; COIDA letter; proof of good standing.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental: OHS policy, risk assessments, PPE, confined-space procedures, environmental controls; trained/competent personnel.
- Equipment: High-pressure jetting units, vehicle fleet, hoses/nozzles; maintenance records; fleet/vehicle compliance.
