#### Overview
**The CCMA seeks a service provider to deliver Job Profiling, Job Evaluation, Remuneration Benchmarking & Salary Surveys for a two-year period.** Bidders should be remuneration/HR consulting firms with proven experience in job profiling, evaluation, benchmarking and salary surveys; demonstrate at least five years’ relevant work, provide client references, and complete Annexure A with team qualifications.

#### Requirements
- Minimum five years’ demonstrable experience in remuneration consulting; provide company profile and CVs.
- Five contactable references from organisations with >500 employees, covering all four service areas; attach Annexure A and proof of each reference.
- Compliance documentation: proof of ownership, founding documents, owner IDs; proof of disability where applicable; SBD4 disclosure and SBD6.1 forms compliant with PPPFA/Specific Goals requirements.
- Mandatory briefing attendance; failure to attend disqualifies the proposal.
- Proposals must be on official letterhead, include total fixed price (tax included), and be valid for 90 days.
