**Procurement of supply and delivery of non-critical fans for Kusile Power Station for five years on an as and when required basis (NEC3 SC3 contract).** Open to suppliers with experience in electrical fans, fan assemblies and related service delivery, with Eskom’s standard tender requirements including integrity declarations, local content and B-BBEE considerations.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility and integrity: complete Integrity Declaration/Supplier Integrity Pact; not on National Treasury Restricted Suppliers or Tender Defaulters lists.
- Documentation: submit SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, Annexures A–J, Local Content declarations, pricing schedule (PDF and Excel), and Tax Evaluation questionnaire.
- Contractual/technical: NEC3 SC3 contract data; warranty of 18 months from delivery (12 months after commissioning); FAT/acceptance tests; site/delivery coordination; 60-day payment terms; risk and quality controls; submittal of required bonds/guarantees if applicable.
- Local content/CPAs: comply with CPA/ECSA local content declarations as applicable; provide B-BBEE proof.
