**Procurement of Landside and Airside Stormwater and Drain Maintenance at CDSIA for 36 months.** Eligible bidders are civil/construction contractors with CIDB grading 2 CE or higher, with airport/stormwater maintenance experience and ability to meet NEC3 terms, health and safety, and environmental requirements.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 2 CE or higher.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration (PIN required; separate for entities in joint ventures).  
- Tender documents: complete and submit Form of Offer and Acceptance, Pricing Data, Scope of Work (C3), Site Information (C4), and Returnable Schedules; include one Original, one Copy, and electronic version.  
- Insurance and OHSA: comply with employer/contractor insurance clauses and health and safety requirements.  
- Clarification: respond to queries by the specified closure date.
