**merSETA invites quotes for a Leadership Roadshow and Stakeholders’ Engagement (hybrid event production and management) to be delivered in KwaZulu-Natal, including live streaming, AV, staging, and stakeholder engagement platforms.** Bidders should have proven experience in hybrid event management, AV/streaming, and stakeholder engagement, with capabilities to provide CVs for key roles and compliance with South African procurement requirements (CSD, SBDs, BBBEE, tax clearance).

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide the CSD number.
- Prices must be firm, VAT-inclusive, with a 60-day validity; include all related expenses.
- Submit fully completed SBD forms: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1 (plus Pricing Schedule) and comply with GCC and any special conditions.
- Provide a detailed project plan with CVs for key roles: Technical Director, Streaming Operator, Audio Engineer, Camera Operators (x3) with an assistant, Vision Mixer, Technical Assistant; plus company profile, equipment list, and references (three similar hybrid events).
- Demonstrate capability for hybrid events: contingency plan, minimum 50 Mbps internet, and all setup/dry-run schedules (setup by 19:00; dry runs to 22:30 day before event).
- Include live polling/audience engagement capabilities (e.g., Mentimeter/Slido) and delivery of raw footage/video after events.
- Completion of a BBBEE documentation package to claim specific goals under the 80/20 framework (if applicable).
