## Summary

#### Overview
**The SAMSA invites bids to facilitate a Leadership Alignment & Organizational Effectiveness Workshop in Durban (20–22 July 2026).** The service requires a facilitator with a strong public-sector context to design, deliver, and report on a three-day leadership workshop for about 44 participants (EXCO + senior managers and principal officers).

- Target bidders: professional facilitators with master’s level qualification, relevant certifications, and proven SA public-sector workshop experience.

#### Requirements
- Master’s degree (NQF 9+) in Business Admin, Organizational Psychology, HR, Public Admin, or related field; professional certification in Facilitation, Executive Coaching, or Change Management.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in executive facilitation and organizational culture transformation; proven SA public-sector/SOEs workshop delivery; capability in conflict resolution and cross-regional governance.
- Demonstrated ability to design pre-workshop diagnostics, conduct multi-day facilitation, and deliver post-workshop reporting (Leadership Charter, Action Plan, Accountability Matrix, and Organizational Balanced Scorecard).
- Company profile (≥10 years) plus three client reference letters for similar work in the last 5 years.
- Detailed methodology covering pre-workshop, delivery, and post-workshop reporting; compliance with SAMSA evaluation requirements.
