- Demonstrated experience: minimum 5 years, detailed company profile, CIPC registration, and at least three reference letters (not older than 36 months).
- Compliance documentation: completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1, valid BBBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit), valid tax pin, Central Supplier Database report/summary, and VAT status if applicable.
- Additional SANAS requirements: costed Annexure A pricing schedule; alignment to Services SETA standards; potential for SANAS specific-goal scoring under the 80/20 framework.
