**Lease of office accommodation for the Joubertina DoA Office for 36 months in the Koukamma Municipality, Sarah Baartman District.** Bids are invited from property owners or facilities management providers to lease approximately 154 m² of office space in Joubertina (within 1 km of town) for a single-tenant arrangement, with landlord-maintained building services and a 36-month contract. Proposals will be evaluated on admin compliance, functionality (minimum 65 points) and price with PPPFA 80/20, including specific goals.
