#### Requirements
- Bids evaluated under the 80/20 preference points system per policy and PPPFA Act 2000 and Regulations 2022 as amended.
- Bids must be submitted on issued bid documentation, sealed, clearly marked with bid number and title, and placed in the SCM bid box; late or unmarked bids will not be considered.
- No bids from persons in the service of the state as defined in the Regulations (GOV Gaz No 40553, dated 20 Jan 2017).
- Bids must remain valid for 180 days; the Municipality may request validity extensions.

- Bids will be opened on 25 November 2026 at 12:05.
