#### Requirements

- Submit bids on the official forms provided by the Municipality; no re-typing or copying.
- Tender fee: **R1,739.19**; provide proof of payment.
- Clarification meeting is non-compulsory; details: 12 August 2026, 10:00, Woolboard Exchange Council Chamber.
- Tenders must be in sealed envelopes, clearly stating contract number/description, delivered to the specified SCM offices between 08:00–16:00; open publicly shortly after 11:00.
