- Compliance with National Building Regulations, OHS Act, Fire Regulations, SANS/SABS, energy efficiency, and municipal by‑laws; signed compliance declarations.
- Landlord to handle building maintenance (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, generator, fire protection) and ensure IT infra (secure server room) and space planning/fit‑outs per TOR.
- Parking: minimum six covered, access‑controlled bays including one disabled bay, reserved for ARC.
