#### Requirements
- Supply and install a LED lightbar system on vehicles used for Runway/Taxiway inspections; include 60 LEDs, Cree XP-L Hi, 9–32V, IP68, ~33,600 lm effective, weight ~4.96 kg (as per specs in the RFQ).
- Include Portable Lithium Battery Power Stations (qty 3) and Portable Lighting Tripods (qty 3) per the pricing schedule.
- Compliance with ICAO Annex 14 lighting standards (night/low-light inspections).
- Tax and procurement compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; VAT registration; submit Central Supplier Database details; provide required SBD forms and BBBEE documentation.
