**Procurement of legal services for the Castle Control Board (CCB) to provide legal advice and representation in defending an ex parte application for a mandament van spolie, plus ongoing legal support, including document preparation, court filings and case management.** Suitable bidders are Cape Town Metropolitan Area–based legal practitioners or law firms with capacity for litigation, advisory work and SLA engagement; must meet professional and regulatory requirements (Legal Practice Council registration, practicing certificates) and be able to operate within the public-sector procurement framework.

#### Requirements
- Based in the Cape Town Metropolitan Area with capacity to advise and represent in court proceedings and provide ongoing legal support.
- Tax compliant (SARS) and in good standing; agreement to ongoing tax status disclosures; tax clearance verification via CSD if applicable.
- Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD); if JV/subcontractors, each party must be registered and compliant.
- Submit pre-qualification documents: SBD 1, Tax Clearance, Pricing Schedule, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, CSD report, company registration, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, three reference letters, banking details, Legal Practice Council registration or certificate, practicing certificates, CVs for attorneys/advocates, professional indemnity/insurance, and a list of legal matters handled in the last 36 months.
- Pricing: complete Pricing Schedule and provide a separate detailed cost list for all potential charges.
- Duration: once-off contract; bid validity 90 days.

#### How to Apply
