#### Requirements
- Qualified legal practitioner or law firm; experience in court representation and civil procedure.  
- Compliance with tax legislation; SARS tax clearance and ongoing tax status disclosure during the contract; registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).  
- Pre-qualification documents to submit: SBD 1, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pricing Schedule, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, CSD report, Company Registration Certificate, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, 3 reference letters, proof of banking details, Legal Practice Council registration, practising certificates, CVs of attorneys, professional indemnity/insurance, list of similar matters, and related disclosures.  
- Contract is a once-off engagement; Service Level Agreement to be concluded post-award.  
- Sub-contractors: disclose and declare percentage of work; ensure each sub-contractor complies.  
- Compliance, anti-fronting, confidentiality, and governance terms apply; adverse disclosures may affect award.
