## Summary

#### Overview
**Long-distance road transport services from Middelburg to Kendal Power Station for a period of 5 years.** Suitable for road-transport operators with licensed fleets able to transport employees on the specified route, able to meet Eskom’s safety/site-visit requirements and to comply with the Tender Data (eligibility, driver, vehicle, and local-content criteria). A compulsory clarification meeting is scheduled, and bids must be submitted electronically before the closing date. 

#### Requirements
- Eligible tenderers: must meet Eskom’s eligibility criteria, not be restricted, not appear on defaulters lists, and must avoid conflicts of interest.
