**Maintenance, Calibration and Ad Hoc Repair of fourteen (14) Provincial Weighbridges for a period of five (5) years.** Open-tender seeking service providers with calibration, maintenance and ad-hoc repair capabilities for provincial weighbridges and related instrumentation (terminal hardware, software, load cells, printers, protection systems, water pumps, etc.) across KwaZulu-Natal. #### Requirements
- Registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS). If no TCS PIN, provide CSD number; each party in a joint venture must have separate TCS/CSD where applicable. Do not bid if you or directors are in state service. (Section D, E; Part 2.3–2.7)
- Compulsory official briefing session/site inspection (22 Oct 2026, 09:00, 172 Burger Street, Pietermaritzburg). (Section F)
