**MAINTENANCE OF 4500 LUGGAGE TROLLEYS AND 16 TROLLEY MOVERS AT O R TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (05) YEARS**. Bidders should be CIDB-registered at 3ME or higher (or able to become so) and have relevant mechanical/electrical maintenance experience; joint ventures are allowed with the lead partner meeting the threshold.

#### Requirements
- CIDB: contractor grading designation of 3ME or higher (or joint venture meeting combined threshold).  
- Functionality: minimum 80/100 to proceed to price and preference; key personnel with CVs/qualifications; Site Manager with trades qualification; four Tradesmen with N3 or higher; client references.  
- Qualifications: CVs and proof of qualifications for all key personnel; proof of similar work (maintenance of trolleys/movers).  
- Compliance: tax clearance or SARS TCS PIN; CSD if no TCS; BBBEE certificate to claim preference points.  
- Insurance: Professional Indemnity; employer-provided insurances per contract; bid may require additional cover.  
- Health & Safety: Occupational Health and Safety Agreement in place; OHSA compliance.  
- Documentation: complete Form of Offer and Acceptance and all returnable schedules; adhere to CIDB/NEC3 contract specifics.
