## Summary

#### Overview
**Maintenance of luggage trolleys and trolley movers at OR Tambo International Airport for twelve months.** This RFQ targets bidders capable of maintaining approximately 4,500 luggage trolleys and 16 trolley movers, with CIDB grading 3ME or higher (or a compliant JV). Bidders must be CIDB-registered (or able to be registered) before evaluation.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading designation of 3ME or higher; if a joint venture, meet CIDB joint-venture rules and combined designation thresholds.  
- Bidders must be CIDB-registered or capable of registration prior to evaluation.  
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or provide a CSD number; separate TCS per JV member if applicable.  
- Submit the required tender documents: Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1), contract data (C1.2), pricing data (C2), service information (C3), site info (C4), and returnable schedules (T2).  
- Insurance: adhere to the Insurance Schedule; include Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability, with employer/contractor insurances as specified.  
- Pricing: rates are fixed for the full contract (no price adjustments).  
- Service terms: 12-month service period; payment every 4 weeks (on the 15th); payments within 30 days.  
- Compliance and ethics: adhere to the employer’s terms, anti-corruption provisions, and relevant safety/environmental requirements.
