#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: 2 EP or higher. 
- Fully completed NEC Form of Offer; contract data and service information included in bid. 
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; provide TCS certificate or CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures. 
- Staff qualifications for MV works: Technician and Electrician roles with NQF Level 6 Diploma or Accredited Trade Test; ORHVS; relevant experience >5 years; CVs with roles; proof of SAQA where needed. 
- References: proof of similar MV maintenance works; letters or completion certificates with client details.
- BBBEE: provide B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; specific goals points; JV requires consolidated B-BBEE certificate.
- Insurance: follow contract data; employer provides some insurances, contractor provides others per C1.4.
- Compliance: avoid conflicts of interest; adhere to PPPFA; functionality threshold (min 70/100) to proceed to price/preference evaluation.
