## Summary

#### Overview
**Maintenance of radio high-sites, including mobile and portable radios, for the period ending 30 June 2029.** CWDM invites ICASA-approved service providers with radio maintenance capabilities to bid, with registration on CWDM’s Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database required prior to closing.

#### Requirements
- ICASA-approved service provider for maintenance of radio high-sites and mobile/portable radios (T 2026/063 Tender Document).  
- Registration and ongoing update of registration on CWDM Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database (CWDM SCM).  
- Attendance at compulsory site/information meetings (joint ventures must have all partners attend).  
- Compliance with PPPFA 2022 (80/20) and B-BBEE qualifications; submit appropriate B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit as applicable.  
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Clearance PIN; VAT considerations for contracts above thresholds; municipal rates/charges where applicable.  
- The tender documents include required bid forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD7.1/7.2, MBD8, MBD9) to be completed and submitted (T 2026/063).
