- Ability to service 107 scanners (98 handheld, 9 desktop; brand/model Flir E8 Pro; serials to successful bidder)
- Professional Indemnity insurance minimum R160 million
- Tax/compliance: SARS-PIN for tax status; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or CSD number; original tax clearance where required
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; comply with preferred points criteria
- Bidder must not be in the State’s service and may require proof if applicable; SARS/VAT and local content considerations apply
- Prices must be firm and inclusive of taxes; delivery costs included; 120-day bid validity
- Compliance with general conditions, including possible site visits and arbitration provisions
