## Summary

#### Overview
**Maintenance Support Services for the Integrated Bosch Digital Conference System & Kramer AV Distribution System at Polokwane Municipality for a three-year period**. Open to bidders with AV/system maintenance capability, Bosch/Kramer expertise, and ability to comply with Polokwane SCM policies; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet SARS tax compliance.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with Polokwane SCM policy and the 80/20 evaluation framework;
- Valid CSD registration and SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) or provide a TCS certificate;
- Proof of municipal rates and taxes or lease/tenancy arrangement;
- Completed bid forms (Forms A–F) and, if applicable, a signed Joint Venture agreement; 
- Demonstrated experience with AV/conference system maintenance of a similar scope; 
- Not a State employee or tender defaulter; adhere to professional body registration where required; 
- If foreign, complete pre-award questionnaire and ensure each JV party has its own TCS/PIN; 
- Bid validity: 90 days.
