## Summary

#### Overview
**Manufacture, supply and delivery of polymer concrete products and compression moulded products for a 36-month period.** The bid targets suppliers with manufacturing capability for polymer concrete and compression-moulded products to support Durban’s road infrastructure maintenance. Ideal bidders are manufacturers or accredited distributors/agents with CSD and eThekwini supplier-database registration, VAT status, tax clearance or Tax Compliance PIN, and the capacity to meet the municipality’s procurement terms.

#### Requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider (each party in a JV must be registered).  
- Registered on the eThekwini supplier database (provide PR Number and MAAA if applicable).  
- Tax compliance: Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN. VAT status (including VAT number if VAT registered).  
- Declarations: Municipal Fees, Declaration of Interest (MBD 4), Declaration for Procurement Above R10 Million (MBD 5, if applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9.  
- Occupational Health and Safety Act commitments.  
- Official Tender Form completed; Authority of Signatory; Joint Venture documentation if applicable; Manufacturer status or valid manufacturer/agency JV agreement.  
- Clear delivery timeframe and minimum functionality (if applicable) as per SCT.  
- Minimum 120-day tender validity.

#### How to Apply

- Submit a hard-copy tender to the Tender Box at 166 KE Masinga Road (Old Fort Rd), Durban, and an electronic submission via the ESP/JDE system; the hard copy is the ruling version.
