**Procurement of manufacture, testing, supply and delivery of high voltage (12kV) current limiting fuse-links.** Suitable for HV electrical equipment manufacturers/distributors with an ISO 9001 quality system, OEM authorisation for the fuse-links, and the capacity to meet City of Cape Town SCM requirements.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with the City’s SCM Policy and tender conditions.
- Provide Details of Tenderer; Certificate of Authority for Partnerships/JVs; JV agreement if applicable.
- ISO 9001 certification.
- Letter of Authorisation from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the proposed fuse-links.
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; proof required for tender evaluation.
- Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act; may need a Health and Safety Plan on request.
- Returnable documents as specified in Annexure F (declarations, agreements, etc.).
- Pricing in accordance with the Price Schedule (C.4) and conformity to CCT specifications (C.5).
