- Finance/Compliance: tax clearance; CIDB/CSD and tax PIN verification; audited financials if required.  
- Cataloguing and labeling for delivered Eskom materials; cataloguing schedules may be required.  
- Security for performance: at least two Eskom-approved institutions for performance security.  
- Returnables, SBDs, and JV documents as per Annexures A–J.  
- CIDB-specific tender data and compliance with PPPFA scoring and potential use of SDI&L goals.
