## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks the provision, installation and maintenance of pre-owned multifunctional color/black-and-white copiers on rental terms for MBDA offices and managed facilities.** Bidders may quote on packages or individual units per Annexure A, with minimum site deployments and optional additions during the contract.

#### Requirements
- At least two verifiable reference letters for rental copier experience.
- CV of a dedicated Account Manager.
- Public Liability Insurance in the bidder’s name within 14 days of appointment and maintained throughout the contract.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submission of SCM documents: BBBEE certificate, MBD4, Municipal billing clearance/lease, MBD9, and proof of banking details.
- Quotations valid for 60 days; pricing fixed for the contract duration.
- Completion of MBD6.1 (Preference Points) and related documentation to claim specific goals.
